Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial services and be able to provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to members through phone, email, and online communication.
  • Process member requests for account information, statement copies, and other services.
  • Research and resolve errors on member accounts.
  • Perform general account maintenance, including address changes and account closures.
  • Assist members with complex account servicing issues and troubleshoot problems.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services setting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services and products.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
