Position Overview:

As a Senior Capture Executive, you will spearhead intricate capture initiatives by crafting and implementing strategies tailored to the space defense sector. Your role will encompass utilizing both capture and business development acumen, alongside engineering expertise, to enhance market opportunities and foster the development of innovative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct multifaceted capture processes, ensuring alignment with client requirements and procurement patterns.
  • Facilitate complex negotiations with industry collaborators to assemble effective teams for significant procurements.
  • Lead the capture efforts for sophisticated bids, including the formulation of technical solution alternatives and the establishment of a competitive cost structure.
  • Conduct market intelligence assessments and strategic planning to expand client opportunity portfolios and enhance pipeline growth.
  • Maintain and nurture essential stakeholder relationships, keeping business leadership informed and engaged in strategic partnership advancements.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in multi-disciplinary solution development for Department of Defense, Intelligence, or Civil space sectors.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale capture initiatives with a focus on complex solution development.
  • Proven track record in leading extensive captures and formulating intricate technical solutions.
  • Experience in executing all phases of large, multi-year capture efforts, including planning, shaping, teaming, proposal development, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to convey multi-step processes effectively to capture teams.
  • Proficient in leading teams and stakeholders throughout the capture lifecycle.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the development of space or ground segment systems for commercial or federal clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading captures of substantial business opportunities.
Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

Compensation Overview

Compensation is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $250,000.00 annually.
