- Food Production and Quality Control
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and other sweet and savory items.

- Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service and Relations
- Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and preferences.

- Administrative and Financial
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and efficiency.

- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior pastry role, preferably in a high-end resort or hotel.

- Advanced knowledge of pastry production, including baking, decorating, and presentation.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and training staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
