At Conduent, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our call center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers, answering calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide product information and answer questions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process transactions and submit research requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a warm and empathetic manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to submit to a background check and drug test
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $16.50
