Customer Service Representative English/Spanish

About the Role:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in English and Spanish via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Utilize knowledge management systems and resources to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
