At Kelly Professional & Industrial, we are dedicated to connecting you with a role that aligns with your career aspirations. We are currently looking for a Project Documentation Specialist to support our operations.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on your experience.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Work Environment: Onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operations teams to enhance project financial and operational performance.
  • Update and maintain accurate records across all systems.
  • Conduct research on contracts to extract necessary information for data entry.
  • Manage and update contract information within the database.
  • Address and rectify any discrepancies in contract data.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Perform high-volume data entry using various software tools.
  • Review data for accuracy and resolve any issues.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

This Position is Ideal for You If:

  • You possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience is preferred.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with contract data.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • You are a self-motivated individual eager to learn and improve.
  • You can effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are proficient in MS Excel and have moderate skills in other MS Office applications.
  • You are detail-oriented and methodical in your approach.
