  • Transmit and receive messages, using telephones or FS PMS system.
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Marriott and Marriott FS PMS.
  • Must have front desk agent experience.
  • Full service Marriott experience.
  • Must know Marriott FS PMS / Marsha.
  • 2 years of night audit experience.
  • Marriott experience.
