Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately calculate hours worked from electronic time cards.
  • Enter payroll information into the ADP system.
  • Collaborate with the owner to ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain payroll records and files.
Schedule:
  • Hours: 16-20 hours per week
  • Shift Options:
    • 8 AM - 12 PM
    • 9 AM - 1 PM
    • 10 AM - 2 PM
  • Mandatory Day: Wednesdays
Qualifications:
  • Previous payroll or light accounting/bookkeeping experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
