Psychiatry Account Representative

Lundbeck, a global biopharmaceutical company specializing in brain health, seeks an experienced Psychotherapy Account Representative to lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio.
This role involves executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. Our ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the complexities of the rapidly changing pharmaceutical environment and possess strong capability in business planning, selling, customer development, local market expertise, and reimbursement.
We offer a competitive salary range of $117,000 - $137,000, with eligibility for a sales incentive target of $37,500. Our benefits package includes flexible paid time off, health benefits, a company match 401k, and a company car.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales performance.
- BUILD and maintain productive internal and external relationships based on customer needs and organizational goals.
- Utilize digital tools and data-based insights to create opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
- Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and anticipate and address payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
- Apply knowledge of the pharmaceutical and regulatory environment to ensure compliance and adherence to Lundbeck policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales, or related healthcare sales experience.
- Self-starter with outstanding communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to travel up to 30% - 40% domestically.
