Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience in health care, home care, or related fields with a focus on outside sales.
  • Demonstrated success in generating Medicare referrals.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Strong track record of increasing client census.
  • Established relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources preferred.
  • Familiarity with KanTime EMR is a plus.

Education and Experience: An associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required. Candidates should possess a solid background in sales and marketing, particularly within the healthcare sector.

Work Environment: The role is primarily office-based, with moderate noise levels and minimal physical risk. Regular travel is expected to engage with clients and partners.

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to perform various physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and engaging in activities such as standing, walking, and reaching.
