Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm (with potential extension to 8:00 pm based on client requirements), Saturday: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
Compensation Package:
Hourly wage ranges from $20 to $25, commensurate with experience, in addition to Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Holiday Pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors both in person and via telephone, addressing inquiries or directing them as necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients, owners, and visitors, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Act as the primary liaison for services and sales within the wellness center.
- Assist clients by directing them to services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate effectively with staff and utilize wellness center resources.
- Maximize client and provider time by efficiently scheduling appointments.
- Ensure timely client appointments by notifying providers of arrivals and guiding clients to their services.
- Provide pre- and post-visit support for clients, which may include food and beverage preparations.
- Maintain client accounts by accurately recording and updating personal and financial information.
- Safeguard client confidentiality regarding personal and financial data.
- Uphold operational standards by adhering to policies and procedures and reporting necessary changes.
- Foster positive professional relationships with all staff, contractors, and suppliers.
- Assist operational partners and suppliers in communicating with clients and staff as needed.
- Support all staff with various administrative tasks.
- Facilitate effective communication with clientele.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to interact with clients and staff with professionalism and tact.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate services effectively.
- Proficient computer skills with the capacity to learn center-specific software (experience with MindBody and Elation EMR is advantageous).
- Familiarity with Apple systems (iMac, MacBooks, etc.) and basic mathematical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent (BA/BS in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred but not mandatory).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the service industry is preferred.
- Working knowledge of office software, point-of-sale systems, and telephone systems.
- Background in relevant modalities is a plus.
- Experience in hospitality is beneficial but not essential.
