POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Events & Experiences Manager with outstanding project management capabilities to enhance our marketing team and lead our event initiatives.

This position places you at the heart of Manychat's events program, where you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and executing events that boost brand visibility and attract new clientele.

Your strategic and operational skills will be vital for the success of a variety of events, ranging from our flagship online summit, which attracts over 10,000 participants, to educational webinars and sponsorships at industry events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Formulate a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with Manychat's brand objectives and aids in customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Events & Experience in planning and executing our major annual online summit, regular educational webinars, and strategic participation in industry events.
  • Oversee budgets and resource distribution.
  • Strategize and work with cross-functional teams to launch integrated event campaigns, including web presence, paid acquisition, influencer marketing, and email marketing, aimed at enhancing acquisition and engagement.
  • Establish and evaluate event objectives and success metrics, including budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team for precise tracking and reporting.
  • Make informed decisions regarding technology solutions that facilitate event delivery, possessing a thorough understanding of various event technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of experience in event marketing and management.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS with knowledge of product-led growth tools.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale online events from inception to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments to create impactful event-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the latest event technologies and platforms.
  • A strong analytical mindset, skilled in setting objectives, success criteria, and conducting ROI analysis for events.
  • Exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to manage and attend events.
  • Must reside in or be open to relocating to the Austin, TX area.
