Business Development Strategist

The Business Development Strategist role is a strategic leadership position at Advantest America, working closely with sales, application engineering, and product development teams to drive growth in the Silicon Photonics / Optical test market segment.
As a trusted advisor to key customers in the optical space, you will partner with them to provide industry-leading optical test solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify technical matches between customer devices and Advantest ATE solutions, architecting test solutions and supporting technical sales.
- Measure success by new design wins for the ATE solution, promoting business growth within key customers.
- Develop detailed relationships with senior managers within Advantest and the customer, fostering open communication.
- Present technical solutions and create whitepapers for customer introduction to digital ATE solutions.
- Analyze market and test requirement trends, mapping top-down sales objectives to target device and design wins.
Travel: Approximately 20% travel to various customer and Advantest sites, when possible.
