As part of our team, you will:
  • Systematically create spare parts lists for new equipment as a key step in the operational process.
  • Strategically devise methods for developing and marketing spare parts lists for the Brenton/Orion product lines and integrated machinery.
  • Proactively promote relevant spare parts to customers who may not have previously purchased them.
  • Gain insights into specific customers' spare parts management systems to formulate a targeted penetration strategy.
  • Compile, prepare, and present customer proposals promptly.
  • Document all activities and interactions within Salesforce.

We prefer candidates with a Technical Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Engineering, or Business.

We seek individuals with:
  • 2+ years of experience in automation equipment engineering, assembly, service, or parts sales (a technical background is essential).
  • Strong technical sales and presentation skills.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Professional presentation skills through physical, written, and oral communication.
  • Top-level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
