Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences proactively
  • Engage with clients to ascertain their needs and identify opportunities for presenting new or pre-owned vehicle sales
  • Work closely with the BDC Manager and team members to ensure effective management of sales leads and maintain thorough records in the CRM system
  • Manage incoming phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager
  • Collaborate as part of the BDC team, including training for internet inquiries and telephone sales
  • Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, and their benefits for customers
  • Participate in product and sales training sessions as necessary
  • Attend regular sales meetings
  • Maintain a professional demeanor consistently
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong reading, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to accurately interpret and follow instructions
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
