Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming customers and assisting them with any questions they may have.
  • Conducting vehicle inspections and documenting customer issues.
  • Prioritizing necessary services and providing options as requested.
  • Managing the delivery of repairs by setting and meeting customer expectations.
  • Ensuring all required documentation is complete and adheres to regulations and safety standards.
  • Complying with and enforcing all safety policies and procedures.
  • Participating in all staff meetings, training sessions, and educational opportunities as required.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
