The Financial Operations Associate is responsible for supporting various tasks and activities within the financial operations framework.
Welcome to Mount Prospect Academy (MPA), a dynamic coalition of nonprofit organizations established to assist adolescents in overcoming challenges and achieving personal growth.
MPA has expanded its offerings to include a range of mental health services tailored to a diverse group of adolescents facing unique difficulties.
Our specialized services encompass community-based treatment, residential programs, group homes, and educational institutions. Key responsibilities include recording financial transactions to appropriate accounts by reviewing invoicesOversee accounts to ensure timely payments
Maintain vendor information within the financial system; Reconcile credit card, bank, and petty cash accounts
Process and verify expense reimbursements

Familiarity with financial operations and general accounting practices
Proficiency in SAGE Intacct or comparable accounting software
Strong typing skills
Intermediate proficiency in Excel. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions, operating guidelines, and procedural manuals.
