As a Client Services Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in thoughtful analysis and decision-making.
  • Managing, organizing, and processing client communications, ensuring that the advisor focuses on critical tasks.
  • Preparing and dispatching outgoing correspondence.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with advisor standards.
  • Tracking pending business documentation and following up on outstanding transactions.
  • Maintaining timely processing of all items.
  • Staying informed about client meetings and ongoing projects to effectively manage schedules.
  • Coordinating the advisor's calendar and commitments.


Qualifications for this role include:

  • A degree (BA or BS) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of three years in a client-facing role is essential.
  • At least three years of experience in the financial services sector is required.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to learn and utilize various financial platforms.
