Cloud Infrastructure Administrator

We are currently seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Administrator/Configuration Manager to enhance our dynamic team. This role will be performed remotely, adhering to an EST schedule. U.S. Citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Role Overview:
The Cloud Infrastructure Administrator/Configuration Manager will support the Agile Scrum Delivery Team by overseeing and maintaining cloud systems and infrastructure, as well as facilitating the deployment of applications, software updates, and code. This position will collaborate closely with the Solutions Architect, Azure team, and development leads to coordinate maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address potential problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee system security patching and maintenance within a cloud environment.
- Monitor security scans for vulnerabilities; collaborate with developers and architects to address security findings.
- Assist system owners, architects, and security leads in creating and maintaining documentation, including cloud architecture diagrams, security protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage user account administration across various environments.
- Maintain Azure DevOps build and release pipelines.
- Monitor and manage configuration changes while enforcing the change management process.
- Coordinate build and release activities with management, ensuring configuration baselines for releases are maintained.
- Enhance and refine configuration management processes and tools.
- Operate effectively within an Agile environment.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (8 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for formal education).
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in an Agile setting.
- Proficient in creating and providing comprehensive documentation.
- Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps, particularly in Azure EntraID and ADO account management.
- Familiarity with .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
- Experience in configuration management within a cloud environment.
- Experience with workflow management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
Additionally, U.S. Citizenship is mandatory. Selected candidates will undergo a government security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information, including the ability to obtain a government-issued security clearance. Candidates may also be subject to a background investigation, which may include criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
