About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive MGID's growth in the US market, leveraging their expertise to develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating data-driven analysis and projections for identifying business opportunities;
  • Building and executing sales funnels aligned with global standards and best practices;
  • Conducting competitor analysis, identifying market trends and competitive issues in the assigned country;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on new ad products promotion and developing the country through strategic partnerships;
  • Implementing business development operations within functional responsibility to ensure country targets are met;
  • Executing mid-term and long-term goals based on the global business development strategy;
  • Mentoring team members on the country's specifics and assessing their understanding;
  • Developing strategies for key clients in the US market;
  • Preparing quarterly, monthly, and weekly reports detailing current results, challenges, and workflow processes of the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Deep understanding of global advertising market trends, modern technology, and innovation forecasts;
  • Familiarity with digital advertising market specifics, including the digital media environment, client types, and knowledge of business models;
  • Strong technical understanding of product peculiarities and integration capabilities;
  • Proven ability to work with diverse advertisers and implement complex digital projects;
  • Basic knowledge of product development, particularly in MGID;
  • At least 2 years of experience in Adtech/Martech; and
  • Ability to establish and maintain operational processes, especially in Legal and finance fields.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
