RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Counter Sales / Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service while aligning our products with customer needs and ensuring smooth office operations. A positive and friendly demeanor is essential in all interactions, whether over the phone or at the sales counter. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Increasing sales and average order size through cross-selling and up-selling
  • Promoting new and existing products
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets while ensuring complete client satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Bilingual capabilities are advantageous
