Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Gemaire as a leader in the industry, ensuring maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with internal and external sales teams, vendors, and contractors to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Responsible for showroom merchandising and re-stocking product to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Assist in resolving customer relations problems and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Complete sales order process for customers, with a focus on up-selling associated items to increase revenue.
  • Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to the role and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including sales, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, meet assigned goals and objectives, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and grow with our company and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and a willingness to learn new technologies.
