Medical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team at STERIS. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing sales and building relationships with our Customers by prospecting new revenue opportunities within their territory and managing their existing accounts for maximum profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within assigned territory
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Plan sales activities such as education trainings, inventory evaluations and maintenance inspections
- Resolve all Customer service issues in an effective, timely manner
- Document Customer activities, purchase orders, etc. within STERIS IMS CRM
- Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with Customers and senior managers
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-7 years of sales experience, including a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Medical device/Service sales/B2B desirable preferred
- Industry certifications preferred (IAHCSMM, AORN, CCSVP, SGNA)
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Solid system skills (Microsoft Office, Sales/Customer tracking software packages)
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office suite, experienced user of CRM to manage sales pipeline and activities
- Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements
