Implementation Supervisor

Reporting to the Implementation Manager, the Implementation Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new clients. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and develop Implementation Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily activities of the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of new payroll clients.
- Maintain knowledge of operational aspects of current systems and assist with the implementation of new products and services.
- Provide ongoing employee development through training and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent required.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
- Experience in managing and motivating subordinates required.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Ability to handle complex problems.
General office environment with moderate lifting and reaching required.
External and internal applications, as well as position incumbents who become disabled, must be able to perform the essential functions either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined by management on an individual basis.
