Travel Nurse Supervisor RN Job Description

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse Supervisor RN to join our team in Bangor, Maine.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Travel Nurse Supervisor RN to oversee our Med Surg department in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and be able to effectively manage a team of nurses.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Med Surg nursing team
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in nursing leadership

Requirements:

  • Active ME Registered Nurse license
  • 2+ years of Supervisor experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
