Collaborative Child Welfare Specialist

Job DescriptionThis role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement comprehensive family engagement initiatives, manage budgets, and build relationships with stakeholders across the state. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills and be able to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive family engagement strategy that aligns with CASA's mission and goals.
- Manage and direct supervision, coaching, and support to the team of CFE Coaches.
- Collaborate with DFPS, CPS, and other stakeholders to identify best practices and innovative approaches to family engagement.
- Manage and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of family engagement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and experience in child welfare and/or social work, Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program administration, budgeting, management, child welfare issues, training, and/or coaching.
- Must pass a background check.
- Estimated salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
