Job Description

As a Child Development Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing children's developmental needs and creating individualized plans to support their growth. You will work closely with teachers and staff to develop and implement programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Regular communication with parents will ensure they stay informed about their child's progress and achievements. Building strong relationships with families and colleagues is essential in creating a collaborative environment where everyone works together to support children's growth and development.

Requirements
  • A genuine passion for the education and care of children
  • At least one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
  • An associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
