Position Overview

AMCAL Multi-Housing, Inc., a dynamic and expanding private developer in the real estate sector, is in search of a qualified candidate to take on the role of Front Desk Administrative Assistant.

Key Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in MS Office applications and understand the importance of meticulous attention to detail in contributing to the success of the organization.

This is an entry-level role reporting directly to the Office Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients
  • Maintain and update the company directory
  • Organize and distribute incoming packages and daily correspondence
  • Oversee the inventory of office and kitchen supplies
  • Ensure the postage meter is adequately stocked for monthly needs
  • Prepare shipping labels for UPS and FedEx
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Handle office equipment maintenance, including copiers and fax machines
  • Perform filing duties
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required

Job Characteristics:

This position is based in Agoura Hills, CA, and does not include relocation assistance.

A background check and review of the driving record may be necessary.
