Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the Development and Marketing departments at Joni and Friends. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, assist with events and projects, and maintain accurate records and files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Development and Marketing teams, including preparing tasks, coordinating events, and managing files.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events, including donor visits, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including donor information and departmental reports.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a non-profit or Christian ministry setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
