Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at SEDAGHAT LAW GROUP APC. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing incoming phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning, labeling, and calendaring
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or medical office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Work Environment
