Job Overview

Salary: Competitive

Reporting To: Chief Program Officer

Employment Type: Part-Time; Non-exempt

Objective: To manage administrative tasks that bolster the effectiveness of Ministry Programs.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Human Services or Social Work.
  • Devout Christian with a solid grasp of Biblical principles and their practical application.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks.
  • Eager to learn and enhance professional skills.
  • Willingness to uphold Jubilee's Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement of Faith, Position Statements, and Employee Code of Conduct.

Work Environment: Occasional= 1-33% Frequently= 34-66% Continuously= 67%-100%

  • Frequent computer use.
  • Regular phone communication.
  • Occasional walking between different office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and distribute weekly schedules for Aftercare Program participants.
  2. Engage with community partners regarding Aftercare Program participants.
  3. Maintain organized physical files for Aftercare Program participants.
  4. Ensure adherence to program guidelines by Aftercare Program participants.
  5. Participate in team meetings and collaborative activities.
  6. Assist Aftercare staff with data collection, entry, and reporting.
  7. Support Prison Chaplaincy staff with data-related tasks.
  8. Handle printing requests for Prison Chaplaincy staff.
  9. Assist the Chief Program Officer with various projects as required.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
