Tax Sales Growth Specialist

The Tax Sales Growth Specialist is a vital position within our organization, responsible for retaining and growing existing account bases while acquiring new accounts within their geographic area of responsibility. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent telephone and writing skills, as it requires strong communication and presentation abilities to articulate proposals through ROI justification and shorten sales cycles.
Responsibilities- Attain sales and renewal targets on a monthly basis by leveraging market intelligence and penetration to drive growth in assigned territories.
- Demonstrate the use of Tax & Accounting products to customers, showcasing their unique value proposition.
- Confer with customers to address issues and maintain good customer relations, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Complete weekly sales performance reports and CRM reporting in a timely and accurate manner to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive strategic initiatives with the assigned account team to enhance growth opportunities and expedite sales cycles using sales automation tools and data insights.
- Leverage software applications such as Flash/EMS/Salesforce to engage prospects and maximize sales potential.
- Attend sales meetings and conventions as required to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
We seek an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of quota attainment in SaaS sales experience. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 5+ years of successful SaaS sales experience in an Account Executive role.
- A consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong prospecting and closing skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- High-level time management and organization skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ambitious and motivated, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, CRM software (such as Salesforce), and technical aptitude to leverage technology effectively.
- Continuous learning attitude, flexibility, and open-mindedness, with a positive attitude towards change.
- High level of integrity and understanding of sales ethics.
