Steel Fabrication Business Development Opportunity

We are a leading steel fabrication company seeking a talented Sales and Business Development Professional to drive new business across North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and developing innovative strategies to increase market share and profitability.

Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, including material prices, lead-times, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies

Business Development Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in steel fabrication and/or steel erection
  • Proven track record in sales and customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $140,000 - $180,000, depending on experience, and an opportunity for additional bonus/incentive structure.
