Fabletics Retail Sales Lead Job Description

Fabletics Retail is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team at Bellevue Square in Bellevue, WA. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and support in sales and operations.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping experiences between our website and retail stores.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager, supervisors, and associates to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including fabrics, features, fit, and function.
  • Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback to associates on customer experience and performance expectations.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
  • Participate in feedback loops to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and associates.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
  • Unpack inventory boxes as required (up to 30 lbs).
Requirements:
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment (prior retail management experience a plus).
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
  • Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and ability to bring out the best in others.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • This role involves constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
