We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to every person that walks through our doors
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
  • Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and inviting individuals to trial our products
  • Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise
  • Maintain the visual integrity of the store
  • Create and process in-store sales
  • Process and receive inventory replenishment
  • Assist with setting up and executing community programs and events
  • Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet all day
  • Mac and Google suite proficiency is a plus
