We're seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Lead to join our team at REI's Bellevue store. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales through all channels, improving selling behaviors, and capitalizing on promotional events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Train and mentor Retail Sales Specialists to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising Point Person to ensure visually appealing store displays
  • Identify areas of opportunity and implement process improvements to drive sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of outdoor activities and products a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
