Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes. This role requires a high level of communication proficiency, stress management, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in process
  • Assigning rooms and keys, and providing guests with information about hotel amenities and services
  • Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Making reservations and managing guest requests
  • Collecting and distributing messages for guests, and preparing bills and collecting payment for visits
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure rooms are ready for check-in, and providing guests with information about hotel services and amenities
  • Providing luggage service and arranging transportation for guests as needed
  • Maintaining hotel records and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of prior hotel experience
Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced hotel environment, requiring the ability to work effectively in a team and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Physical Demands

This role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands of this role are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
