Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Efficiently manage front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Handle guest issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the guest service team to ensure a high level of service delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a front desk, reservations, or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
