Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute technology program strategies to deliver enterprise customer data privacy solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and analyze data privacy risks and requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to interpret and implement data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Drive the design and implementation of robust data privacy controls and policies.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple data privacy projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct regular program risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Partner with product and engineering leads to define and refine data privacy requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of data privacy solutions.
Requirements
  • 7 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritization and delivery of multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
