Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee all aspects of a technology project, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of a technology project, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities.
  • Lead proposal efforts, including completing project scoping and LOE assessments.
  • Effectively communicate project information to superiors and stakeholders.
  • Deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations.
  • Manage project budget, track and report team hours and expenses, and produce weekly project status and progress reports.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Manage projects from pre-conception through Hypercare.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience in a related field or area.
  • Certification in Project Management is strongly desired.
  • Strong knowledge of technology, including application programming, database, and system design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
