  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
    • Identify and develop future leaders within the team.
  • Quality and Service
    • Ensure that all food products and menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Monitor and improve food quality, presentation, and consistency.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present regular reports on kitchen operations, including food costs, labor costs, and sales data.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen performance and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Culinary training and/or extensive cooking and production experience.
  • Knowledge of intermediate food preparation techniques and food safety protocols.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
