About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Executive Pastry Chef to oversee the creation of our dessert menu, manage our pastry kitchen, and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative and delicious dessert menus that complement our existing offerings
  • Lead and manage our pastry kitchen team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement new recipes and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of pastry production

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-end pastry kitchen
  • Proven track record of creativity and innovation in dessert menu development
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
