Roscioli NYC, a renowned Italian restaurant group, is expanding its team of skilled hospitality professionals. As an Executive Pastry Chef - Baking and Pastry Arts, you will play a vital role in managing the production of all bakery items, including bread, pizza bianca, focaccia, and maritozzi.

This position reports directly to the Executive Chef and requires a minimum of 3 years of baking experience in an upscale food and beverage operation. You should have a strong attention to detail, precision work skills, and the ability to weigh exact amounts. A positive attitude, flexibility, and the capacity to learn are essential qualities for this role.

The ideal candidate will have highly developed knowledge of various culinary styles and mastery of all line-level cooking stations. They should be able to train and instruct the team on proper performance of their duties, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to strict cleanliness protocols and health and safety standards.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent coaching and mentoring abilities to motivate and drive performance results from a diverse culinary team. The ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally is also required.
