Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute short and long-term sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain existing sales relationships and attract new prospects through cold calls, networking, and lead generation
  • Create and present customized sales proposals to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure proposal commitments are delivered
  • Partner with operations teams to plan and execute superior results

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of service sales experience, including finding, qualifying, and closing new business
  • Experience and working knowledge of facility services, janitorial, medical office buildings, commercial real estate, property management companies, or other related field
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with ability to create compelling sales proposals
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office and Salesforce or another CRM
