Resident Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Resident Relations Coordinator to join our team at Sherman Associates. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive living experience for our residents, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming and greeting residents, visitors, and company personnel with a positive attitude and a smile.
- Providing accurate and timely information to residents, answering phone calls, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assisting residents with various tasks, such as explaining documents, providing directions, and resolving concerns.
- Coordinating resident events, surveys, and other activities to enhance the community experience.
- Partnering with the leasing and property management teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as filing, sorting mail, and photocopying, to maintain a well-organized office environment.
- Maintaining accurate records, including key logs and property calendars, to ensure compliance and effective communication.
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role, preferably in leasing or property management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse communities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of property management software, such as Real Page or Yardi, is a plus.
This role operates in a professional office environment, with standard equipment and a quiet to moderate noise level.
Physical RequirementsThe physical demands of this role include standing, walking, talking, and using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects.
