General Overview:
The Retail Lead plays a pivotal role in fostering an inviting shopping atmosphere for our clientele, delivering exceptional customer service, and enhancing customer loyalty. This position serves as a mentor for both new and existing team members, aiding in the enhancement of their understanding of the brand, products, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Delivering outstanding customer service in alignment with the company's customer experience protocols.
- Developing and managing the store's client book to ensure effective follow-up and care.
- Restocking merchandise on the sales floor according to company guidelines while adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Meeting daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs as set by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager to support store objectives.
- Assisting with merchandising and inventory management tasks.
- Ensuring the sales floor and store presentation remain organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhering to all sales-related policies and procedures.
- Unpacking, organizing, and securing merchandise as needed.
- Overseeing the training of new staff, exemplifying internal procedures and company standards.
- Providing ongoing support and sharing expertise to facilitate the development of new team members, aiming to achieve store goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably within luxury fashion brands.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for fashion.
