Sales and Service Manager Job Summary

The Sales and Service Manager is a key member of the 24 Hour Fitness team, responsible for delivering an exceptional sales and service experience to our guests and members. This role requires a strong focus on building relationships, driving sales revenue, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Sales and Service Experts and Sales and Service Associates to provide members with a full complement of product and service offerings tailored to meet their individual needs.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales revenue and achieve department targets, including new member sales, fitness revenue, retail, and member retention.
  • Partner with the Personal Training team to execute company fitness initiatives and improve the overall member experience.
  • Engage members with various fitness offerings, including personal training, group exercise classes, and 24GO digital content.
  • Resolve member inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in service sales, with prior management experience leading 4-10 employees preferred.
  • Ability to work in a club office, access and operate company computer systems, and read and interpret general and financial reports.
  • Availability to travel 10% of the time to attend training and meetings.
