ISI Design and Installation Solutions, INC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities within the builder services sector. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the builder services industry.


Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the builder services industry.


Support the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.


Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs and preferences.


Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales solutions to prospective clients.


Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.


Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the construction industry.


Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
