Behavioral Health Development Coordinator

$50,000 annual salary

Responsibilities
  • Assisting facilities/referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients for services.
  • Presenting information about our services to groups and individuals.
  • Visiting with facilities, establishing meetings, attending conferences/marketing events, distributing company literature and developing relationships in the community.
  • Tracking referral data and outcomes.
  • Tracking and following up with referral sources and patients to ensure quality services are being delivered.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to market current and new programs.
  • Coordinate company promotional activities with ViaQuest Marketing Department.
  • Respond to questions, complaints, and inquiries from families, referral sources and community providers as appropriate.
  • Research opportunities to exhibit and promote services directly.
Requirements
  • Experience working in/with SNFs preferred.
  • Two years of sales and marketing experience within the healthcare field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and a comfort level with public speaking.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive, go-getter attitude.
  • Day travel is required (approximately 75% statewide).
