Role Overview:

The Client Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships, working closely with diverse teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive account development. In this role, you will be positioned at the forefront of client interactions, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain robust relationships with essential client stakeholders, taking ownership of the strategic alliance with the client.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Discover and pursue opportunities for account growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Lead New Initiatives: Guide new initiatives from conception to completion in collaboration with various departments.
  • Customer Insights: Represent the voice of the customer, relaying feedback to influence product innovation.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure prompt delivery acceptance, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Administrative Assistance: Support the delivery team as necessary.
  • Client Documentation Management: Organize and maintain client records and agreements.
  • Support for Client Events: Assist with onsite operations during client events or workshops.
  • Commercial Support: Contribute to general sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or comparable roles.
  • 3+ years in the enterprise software or telecommunications sector.
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications vertical is advantageous.
  • Experience with Tier 1 Operators is essential.
  • Tech-savvy individual with a strong interest in emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to excel in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
